What to include
Send the page URL, language, Koko or Nour pack, device, browser, and a short description to contact@fursay.com. Do not send passwords, payment data, or child information.
Printable problems
If a PDF opens but prints incorrectly, mention paper size and whether scaling was set to fit. The current samples use US Letter pages. A screenshot may help after personal information is removed.
Subscription help
An adult subscriber can use the unsubscribe link in any email. For another request, write from the subscribed address and do not include private information about a child.
No paid order support yet
The site has no purchase button, public price, or payment link. There are no paid Fursay orders to refund. Pricing, refunds, payment provider, and checkout tracking remain review-required.
Content questions
Use the correction route for a public sentence that appears wrong or unclear. Fursay cannot provide emergency, medical, developmental, legal, or individualized educational advice.
